If you are doing the newbie routine (or any routine really) and going backwards in size it likely has less to do with not taking days off and more to do with the intensity with which you are doing the exercises. You are obviously beating the hell out of your dick and your dick doesn't desire it. I'm glad you've eased up.

In any case I think what you noticed as size reduction was probably due to weaker erections caused in turn by abusing your dick which is a big no-no in this game,I made that mistake myself unfortunately.
